Terms and Conditions

Ordering Procedures.

1.  Please use product codes when ordering to facilitate correct item selection and speed.

2.  For accuracy, we encourage you to order on-line or email your orders through to order@beautycare.co.nz.

3.  Orders are generally despatched within 24 hours. 

Order Terms & Conditions

1.  Prices quoted are wholesale/trade prices and do not include GST and freight.   Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.  Freight claims/damages

Beauty Care will assist in making claims for freight damage but is unable to if the correct procedure is not followed on receipt of goods. Claims for damage to freight, as incurred in transit, will not be considered by freight carriers if consignment notes are signed as goods received in good condition. You must either check the goods on receipt or sign the consignment note as ‘subject to check’.

Beauty Care cannot make claims for:

•       Missing freight, if the consignment note is not signed by the customer.

•       Damages to freight as incurred in transit, if consignment notes are signed as ‘received in good condition’.

•       Always write on the consignment note the number of boxes and bags received.

•       Claims must be made to Beauty Care within 24 hours or 1 working day of receipt of goods, this can be by phone but must be followed in writing to admin@beautycare.co.nz on the same day.

3. Incorrect Orders

The Client (that’s you) shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within 24 hours or 1 working day of receipt of goods  notify Beauty Care  of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description of the Invoice. If the Client shall fail to comply with these provisions the Goods shall be presumed to be free from any defect or damage.

4.  Restocking

When returning item(s) that were correctly ordered. Note returns are only accepted if prior approval has been given and a return order has been completed.

5.  Tester Policy

Testers - 1 Tester may be purchased for every 6+ units per SKU ordered, on REORDERS.

Under no circumstances are testers to be resold.  Any such sale will jeopardise a customer’s ability to obtain future products from Beauty Care.

The above terms and conditions form part of every sale, and are additional to your signed Beauty Care Ltd Terms of Trade (Incorporating Security Entitlements).   Beauty Care reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
