POLKA has teamed up with local South Australian wine makers to release a new variety of alcohol-free drinks to cater to growing demand.
Founded by Adelaide-born Ben Mellows, who recently returned to South Australia to launch POLKA after a decade of living in the Eastern states. After teaming up with some high-profile South Australian wine makers and brewers, POLKA is proud to release its range of non-alcoholic sparkling wine that have all the characteristics of their full-strength counterparts.
What do you drink when you’re not drinking alcohol? Water? Yes. Lemonade? Mmm.
When the need strikes for something more, have a POLKA drop. We are here with adult drinks that won’t turn on you and leave you in bed till 12pm on a Sunday. They will however satisfy your tastebuds and keep the perennially boring question ‘why aren’t you drinking?’ safely answered.

DE-ALC LILLY PILLY SPARKLING
South Australian de-alc sparkling cuvée with wild harvested, native Lilly Pilly. A specialised blend of 11 white wine varietals, each selected to bolster the flavour and texture once the alcohol is removed.
DE-ALC SPARKLING ROSÉ
A blend of South Australian Riverland wine curated to maintain structure, aroma and flavour, beyond the delicate de-alc process. Native botanical Davidson Plum adds to our red fruit, showing notes of strawberry, raspberry and plum. Our de-alc rose is a fine accompaniment to any occasion and drinks well with fresh seafood & Mediterranean salads.
NON-ALC BOTANICAL SPIRIT
Botanical infusions of juniper, pepper berry and pink grapefruit bring our non-alc spirit into a world of traditional flavours and aromas you’d only expect from a high proof gin. Our blend of Australian botanical extracts includes pink grapefruit, juniper berry, finger lime, pepper berry, cardamom, fennel and cassia.
ITALIAN APERITIF
Who doesn’t love a spritz? Made to pair with our Lilly Pilly sparkling or with soda and dried orange, our non-alc aperitif is a versatile non-alc tipple for the discerning. Showing notes of blood orange, lemon myrtle, rhubarb and grapefruit it’s a balanced drop that will never leave you fuzzy headed or on a sugar high.
